So far away from being really usable

This is at best a version 0.3
So many things don’t work, but fundamentally, no understanding of what an employee and a company need to do expense reporting. So far behind Expensify…
One day perhaps.

Not even close to Espensify

Adding a receipt from email does not work

Just too painful to do that on the phone. The web app is even less functional!

Manager validation only on desktop

Why as a manager I’m not able to validate the mileage of my teams via the phone. Only able to do via computer ? Make the apps useless for manager point views.

Terrible performance

Severe issues with performance. App freezes up on mobile and web. Never know if my expenses go through. False positives/false negatives everywhere in the application. Takes multiple attempts to submit every expense. So painful. Disrespectful really; we pay for this!

Can not manually link bank account in app

The form clears after tapping on “Done”, very frustrating. Waste of time

Business Operations Manager

It is so incredibly easy and efficient to use. Better than providing expense reports on a spreadsheet.

Main functions are fine but

it is not very user friendly, e.g. the numbers of transactions do not update after just submitting a new transaction.

PDF upload stopped working

I love the seamless way TripActions Liquid is supposed to work with work travel expenses. If everything worked the way it should, it makes filing expenses extremely easy. However, for my past few trips, the PDF upload function will not work. I can browse to the PDF in OneDrive on my phone, but when I select the file nothing happens and the file does not upload. I’ve tried logging out and back in and uninstalling/reinstalling the app with no success. I would appreciate some support in how to fix this.

Takes a pHD to upload an expense

The expense upload process on the iPhone mobile app needs significant work.
1. It takes 15 seconds to be able to select a photo.

2. When changing the merchant or type of expense, it is impossible to submit the expense without saving it as a draft and then submitting it after.

3. If importing a charge from a credit card AND uploading a receipt, if they don’t match, it makes it impossible to submit the expense because it throws an error “Sorry you cannot change the transaction date” yet it is impossible to change it back.

Can’t login via Okta

Simply can’t access the app and it’s happening to others apparently. It’s a shame when this involves actual money out of my pocket and I have no alternative. Can’t expense mileage unless it’s on TA Liquid. This is insane.

Horrible

You can’t activate your card on anything but the app. The app doesn’t work however with my company’s Okta apparently. Support is useless in troubleshooting and can’t provide answers. I’ve never missed using Concur more than after my experience with this.

Unable to login using office 365

My company login has stopped working recently. And the worst part is that there isn’t a support option on the app to ask for help.

Had a good run with the app for a year, now having issues

Cannot log in via okta

Got the following error message. Impossible to log in: Sign in failed. The operation couldn't e completed. (Authentication error 1)

Obvious omission

Rather unfortunately this doesn’t seem to have a file upload option - only scan. This needs fixing for the app to be fully useful. Should be trivial - can this please be addressed?

Edit in response to developer:

You only see that if you allow photos access, which I don’t. Should be at a higher level - please fix.

Response from developer

Hi Dastardly & Muttley - Thank you for reaching out. We wanted to bring to your attention that we do have a file upload option. To upload a receipt, navigate to the Transactions tab in the Liquid app. Click the +Add button (on the top right corner), select Scan a receipt, and click on the icon next to the camera button to upload your receipt. Please feel free to reach out to us if you have any additional questions. Thank you!

Goodbye Expense Reports

We started using Liquid and it changed my life. I travel for work and having to do expense reports at the end of each trip was terrible. With Liquid I swipe my card and it’s done!

So easy to use

My company used to have Concur and I hated submitting expenses. Now I have Liquid a physical Liquid card and I never spend more than 30 seconds submitting an expense. I love it.

Its awesome!!

I have been using this for last few days!!
Its best thing TripActions did!

So easy to use!

I’ve been using it for a few weeks and I’m loving it!

Game changer

Never have to submit an expense report again? Sign me up!

Easy to use

My company is using TripActions Liquid and I really like it so far
