I have been a faithful user since 2015 and telling all my friends about you. I wish there was a way to pay and keep you going. I, like other reviewers, would pay anything to keep this app. It was my trusted friend on so many trips. Plse tell us who you recommend as a replacement. Maybe even make a deal with them to export our data with our approval? I’d love to keep my travel history.

Please Don't Go and Don't Change
This is by far my most functional app. It is like having a travel agent and personal assistant in your hands at all times. This app has always been ahead of any delays, cancellations or gate changes - before the airline! It has allowed me to find my way in an unfamiliar airport, pivot quickly for changes well ahead of other passengers and keep a serious eye on my entire trip before and during travel. It's not glossy, it has no bells or whistles but it is tried and true. It appeals to the types who wouldn't care about any of that especially if frequently traveling and trusting of this app. Sunsetting this app was not on my bingo card. Visual changes maybe. A paid subscription of course. You already gave us a fail safe and reliable service and anyone would gladly pay for a paid app or subscription. I would pay literally any amount to keep this app. I would fund a revamp. I would fund a new developer. Seriously, how are we going to keep this app!!!! If you indeed sunset, please know you were loved, appreciated and the best "wingman" for over a decade!

I’m gonna miss you :-(
We’ve been using this app since 2017 non stop (we travel for business and leisure more than 30 times a year) and we have been able to keep track of all the trips with the help of TripCase. The app is simple and very intuitive. Its layout makes it look like a basic app but it has all the features that one needs to track and edit trips (email trip upload, document store, split trip, modify all data elements of a trip, add items, etc etc.). And all of this for free. You guys did a great job! Thank you for all these years. We will miss you :-(

TripCase reaching end of life
I have been using this app for many years, mostly for work. I am sad to learn this application is reaching end of life on April 1, 1025. 😐
I am thankful for the opportunity of using this app, it was useful and many times saved me from going to the wrong gate or missing a flight.
I am surprised that there are no plans to migrate to a newer application or version and now I have to look for an alternative.

Really useful app
I have only just started to use this app but so far I'm impressed. It allows you to load all of your info into one area which is invaluable when you are looking for the address of your hotel etc. I'm sure that as I get to grips with the app I will really be able to appreciate its qualities but so far I'm really impressed.

To bad about sunsetting.
It has been my go to trip planner for many years now (2012).. Wishing there was someone who would take over or at least a way to download a cvs file of what we have done. Or a recommend alternative and a migration path so we don't lose anything.

I’ve been using trip case since more than 5 years and indeed it was the most helpful app I had on my phone. It feels sad to let go now :(

I have used tripcase for years to consolidate travel plans and share them. Recently however, I was notified that AA / Saber are deleting the app and all historical data on 4/1/2025… I really hope this is a bad April Fool’s joke. The email says you’re free to use whatever other app you want. Please keep his app.

This app is being retired April 1, no access to export data, no offer to migrate to other product, just an email saying as of that date App will no longer work!

Have been using this app for years, perhaps not religiously but whenever I did it was always perfect companion. Too bad it is going away…
They’re shutting down
Got an email that they’re shutting this down. It was great when it first started. Then they stopped improving it. Wished they would have updated it and done more with it. Now all my travel data and history will be gone.

…and without good reason or solution to export over a decade’s worth of trip data! Sabre, the parent company, clearly don’t have any qualms with what they’re doing to its users. Says all you need to know.

Just got an email that Sabre is killing TripCase as of 4/1/25. SERIOUSLY? I have a half dozen upcoming trips that I have to deal with very little notice. Not to mention my archive of past trips that go back to 2012. Will there be a way to export the data? Whhhy?!

We have been using TripCase for several years and it has always been very reliable. In fact, the information on flight status’s was always more accurate and updated before the airline websites. We are saddened to hear you are closing down. Thank you for your app. Should you develop a new travel app, I will be onboard!

Thank you for the notification regarding the TripCase app sunsetting. I understand that my data will be deleted as part of this process.
Before April 1st, will I have the ability to export my trip and traveler data from TripCase in a universal format (such as CSV or JSON)? This would allow me to import this data into an alternative itinerary management app or service.

So great for itinerary management
I use this app every time I travel. Now my husband does too, plus our parents. So great for managing all flight details in one place. Super efficient.
