App is bugged
I enjoy this app when it is working. Every every week they have a gift now that gift is great however it is very hard to download onto the app. The app has been working lately, but the last weekly gift I tried everything to get it to download onto my app and it didn’t. I reached out to support and still have not gotten any response. Almost ready to delete this app as it is becoming very, very hard to play when it’s bugged.

Terrible Game
I believe in challenge, but when it takes days to win a “super hard”, it’s too hard. I’m also convinced that I am tapping on the correct item, but on super hard games, somehow an item near what I’m tapping is played, not the item I tapped. That only happens on super hard games, so I think it’s your “cheat” to get me to buy helps.
I also despise clicking through extra games just to get to the level game. I am not interested in balloon rides, playing cards (I really hate those), bunny hops, food gathering, decorating, food mixers, and all the other dumb stuff you add. Just let me play the game, win helps, and stop cheating on super hard levels to keep me grounded.

Ruined the game
This game used to be fun but now they made the time shorter, made the games harder, and they don’t give you free time anymore. You used to get 10-20 minutes of free play time but they took most of that away. Won’t be playing anymore. Obviously they aren’t listening to the players, because they haven’t changed what people are complaining about. Put the game back to what it used to be!

Glitching screen with new update….
I like this game and play almost every day in a top team. However in the new update ‘hold to see screen’ which is a good idea, my screen freezes then randomly spends 100 of my collected coins to continue play when I don’t want to.
I’ve stopped playing today midway through an hours free time as it’s eating coins!
Needs fixing asap.

Used to have this game rated 5 stars, but the new look of the items that they force you to use is terrible and makes the game hard to play. So bad

Why change the graphics?
I love playing this game. I even paid for ad-free. They changed the graphics so that they look “cartoonish” and I want the classic look back! The past couple of updates I contacted support and they gave me a code to change it back to classic view, but not this time. I guess I’ll have to quit playing as I can’t see images as good as before. Bring back the classic!!!

Too many adverts
I did love this game until I reached level 250 at which point the game started to force me to watch an advert between each level. They are adverts for other games that try to force you to play the game. I would prefer it if they brought out a paid version of this game with no ads. I would buy it. As there isn’t one, I’m going to delete it from my phone as it’s too annoying now

Hate the new graphics
I’ve been playing this game for years I’m up to level like 2600 and they change the graphics on the game and it is impossible to see what it is that you’re looking for because of the way the items come up so I’m gonna have to stop playing this game and I used to really love it and play it every day, but I hate the new graphics.Leave a good game alone, and just improve the fact that the games crash the new graphics are so hard on your eyes. It just hurts for me to look at the screen.

Fun Game, But Too Many Freezing Issues
I really enjoy the game, but the higher I get in the levels, the more frequently the app freezes. It has gotten to the point where I have to restart my phone just to be able to play another game. It’s frustrating because I genuinely enjoy playing, but the constant freezing is making it difficult to continue. I hope this issue can be addressed in a future update.

Exasperating
This is not a relaxing game at all. Another reviewer has it right. That person said the higher you get in level the more the developers want money out of you. It is almost necessary to make purchases to continue playing the game. I’ve been signing on less and less because I am growing very weary and exasperated with this game.

Updated the look
I don’t think I’ll ever forgive you for changing the appearance of the items. After 6 years of playing this game and never missing a day I have to say the thrill is gone. Very sad. The worlds on fire, our food is poison and now triple match changed the icons. Thanks a lot.

Should be able to bank your free time. I log in to get my daily reward but it’s not always convenient to play so I lose the time.
If a task finishes sometimes you lose your rewards. Again, you should be able to bank them.
Apart from the above it’s the only game I’ve stuck with. Absolutely love it!

Remove the spamming in the teams.
I will still give 4 stars. But if you don’t remove the spamming in the teams chat I’m deleting. It was never there before the past 6 weeks or so. People trying to g yo get you to buy coins cheaper on a site that isn’t on the app. Theres 20 posts a day interfering with giving team members a life if they need one. I now have to scroll and find them I between these coin messages. They read like this:
