First time using triple 20 today. Cannot fault these guys. I left my key on the back seat, before I even realized it was missing, I had a call to tell me that they had it. Very patient drivers, clean cars , and friendly. All told excellent. Well done and thanks for your patience. Very much appreciated.

Constantly refuses payment via card

9 times out of 10 the app will refuse payment from any card on the phone. It’s not just one bank or one card as I have multiple accounts with different banks.

Even tried my partners phone with her banks. And still same happens so either the app is faulty or they just refuse payment because no drivers

Kicking me out

This is a great app when it doesn’t kick you out so your having to re put your number in to send you a code and keep doing it till you are back in
