Booking
We know this replaces Ring and Ride App, I always face an issue when booking in particular return trip. Which in previous version of Ring & Ride, we been able to set up the entire return journey date, time and location. Then the app was starting the search for availability, it was clear to show the depart and return availability. However, with this newly updated version I couldn’t set return journey in same time I have to search for each journey individually. Which is confusing, so many time I booked departure journey afterwards tried to find return, and when I couldn’t get return I have to cancel depart journey. I hope the developers can improve the App further. Regards.

Please fix
I’ve lost count of the amount of times I’ve had to delete the app and reinstall it because of it not loading when I’ve tapped on it. Disappointed. Please fix this issue.
Accessibility and GPS issues
The apps GPS positioning is terrible, does not work well with assistive screen readers like VoiceOver, crashes, and has delayed notifications. Needs a big overhaul.
Bus on demand
A great service idea but the app could do with being updated. It told me they were busy and no bus available but I retried immediately and booked a seat for pick up in 10 minutes the driver told me he was not very busy at all. The service needs advertising more as i know many would be users have never heard of it

Why when creating an account why do you want my credit card details before creating an account. If I want to buy anything I’d use Apple Pay no need for you to store anything. Deleted the app at this point. Would give zero stars if I could.
