Can’t sign in
I can’t sign in because the field to enter my email address is not recognizing my tap to edit. I click on it but cannot type into that field. I have deleted and redownloaded, closed out and reopened, etc.
Check in poor
When you try and check in it is very difficult to cut and paste details, when you do manage to you can’t down load boarding passes it just down loads jiberesh you have to go to a airlines own app and repeat the download activity.

Indication de la nouvelle version 4.272 mais pas de bouton pour l’installer. Application boucle donc et est inutilisable alors que je pars dans qq heures en voyage
Ok, but one obvious function is missing
App is ok and useful to keep updated during the trip. But the main purpose of such an app is missing: contacting the travel agency for urgent support or changes of the travel. A button next to the travel „Call travel agent“ would make the app a good companion.
Disappointed with support
Account is locked then app send me an email with a “unlock” button which when pressed asks to reset password. I reset the password and nothing happens. Account still locked and no way to unlock. 2 days of trying to unlock through the support contact with no luck.
Useless App can’t book or change travel
Completely useless. Show info only and can’t change or book travel. It’s like an app from 2005
Terrible
App navigation is appalling … when on maps it keeps closing. Clearly people that use typically use on mobile and this is rubbish.
Web Version Better
Company is forcing us to use app for booking hotels and I cannot complete booking once it’s time to pay. Even after support it just doesn’t work.
I have to do all my bookings via web and not app which makes things inconvenient.

Broken!
Updated the app. Now won’t work, tells me that there’s an update when I click on it, can’t move past that step, can only go to the App Store where it shows it’s fully updated…. Poor

Warum sind Reisedaten nur online verfügbar?
Es ist für mich nicht brauchbar wenn die Informationen nicht offline verfügbar sind. Warum streicht man das???
Das geht besser
Man kann einer Reise zusätzliche Dokumente zuweisen - so weit so gut. Diese werden aber dennoch nicht unter der Reise angezeigt, sondern nur unter einer separaten Seite auf der dann aber auch die kompletten App-Einstellungen etc. zugreifbar sind.
Umständlicher geht‘s kaum - wie kommt man denn auf so eine Idee?

Stornierung nicht möglich
Man kann nur buchen, nicht stornieren. Daher untauglich.
Sort of works but flawed design
Does sort of work, but has a critical design flaw: it aggressively signs you out and you can’t view tickets when signed out. It also doesn’t automatically integrate with the system password manager. This is very awkward if you are not expecting this behaviour (other travel apps don’t do this).
Two of us almost were unable to access tickets while travelling, and had to rely on other mechanisms.
Overall not really better than just using the website and emails.
Though it does have the one useful feature that it does allow adding the tickets to Apple Wallet which is what saved me when I was let down by this app.

A garbage dumpster fire of a travel service
Messed up 5 out of 4 flights. Wildly inconsistent customer service. Thousands of wasted company money. It was easier just to book on my own.
Issues with return travel timeframe
I consistently have an issue with my return travel saying no flights are available because the timeframe has defaulted to a late evening and will not allow me to change it with the dots. There are flights available during the day but they won’t show up because the timeframe filters are wrong, not set by me, and can’t be changed manually.
