Wouldn’t be so bad but it’s used to control essentials such as water and electric. App plays up all the time and you get nothing…
Rubbish
The app constantly hangs up when I’m trying to recharge my balance. The developers need to get this sorted as it is basic functionality.

The log in system is more convoluted than any I have come across including the worst Government Apps
There is a frequent need to go through a time consuming process when reconnecting after leaving the marina berth, and to keep a prompt sheet for the various codes.
There have been several occasions when I have been disconnected for no apparent reason
Tonight I have spent well over an hour trying to top up my account the payment system will not connect.
It is hard to believe that anyone committing to installing it has had it user tested.
The aims of the system are desirable but from an end user perspective it fails miserably in its execution .

Awful awful awful
1 star is too good for this service and product it rarely works.
In concept it is a good idea but is poor in execution. The system is implemented in a marina I use with the intention of accurately billing berth holders for the power used rather than estimates/contested meter readings.
The software is so glitchy that I often have to leave the boat with no power and ask a friend or the marina office to check / establish connection.
It’s simply rubbish. In a world where homes have multiple connected devises on multiple platforms working well together for any business to offer a contained product or system that does not talk to itself is woeful.

Credentials
App doesn’t retain your access credentials, each time you want to use the app; you have to add your credentials which are impossible to remember. Really poor app!
