Why me and my sister is waiting like 2 hours and it still hasn’t arrived why?? I paid with k-net so it better come.
Terrible customer service
The customer service is HORRIBLE , rude for no apparent reason, also if an item is damaged or missing they will not refund you , and apparently you CAN’T CHANGE YOUR PHONE NUMBER UNLESS YOU DELETE YOUR ACCOUNT???!!!! Are we in 2017 ????!!!!! .

please add a way where i can put my trolley rewards QR code in the wallet app for IOS.

One of the worst apps
You open the app, it asks for all your information, including your location at ALL TIMES!! (Why?!)
90% of the time it doesn’t even load and you just get greeted with a white screen, waiting for it to work (never does) while jamming up the line in their tiny stores.
If you have a VPN, it will never work.
