The app is worse than before! Was once Caesars..switched to Trop NJ app! Used to give good play for money! Now nothing! Nothing nothing! Not even in casino! Which is worse! They were bought out & now they replaced all the favorites with high volatility digital machines where you have to pop or fill to get bonuses! The pop or fills never pop or fill! What a shame! This has been my only casino experience where I have not been able to verify my identity with the casino. They ask for SSN card, License, and Utility bill. I sent all 3 to my best ability and since I don’t have any monthly bills as I’m a college student I wasn’t able to submit proof of a utility bill. Also said my card wasn’t signed and you can’t upload “screenshots”. My advice to this casino would be to update your standards to be the same as every Nj casino and not be so cut throat and difficult. There is a reason they are a 2 star just remember that when signing up.
