Great App But Slight Issue

So far the app has been great. I love the layout of the itinerary and how detailed you can be with info on places/ tours such as linking map info or website. You can even include notes and prices. I also like the fact that there is a polling system(haven’t used it yet). The only problem I have is not being to send invites by text which would make inviting people much easier. I keep getting an error notification when I try to create a link. Email invite works though. Just a little disappointed that text invite doesn’t work.

Great concept, but seems not to be updated anymore

This app is a fantastic idea for collaborating and planning group trips. However, it has a bug where you cannot invite group members via a link. Customer support doesn’t respond and the app hasn’t been updated for a year. So I’m not sure if it is still actively being developed, but I hope it is because it’s a great idea. I love how the interface focuses on steps of trip planning starting from picking dates to picking destinations to finally picking lodging and activities. you can vote on all of these things with your group. And it’s all presented in a very organized and pretty way in the app.

Can’t log back into plan my trip

Not sure where my previous review went but this app is broken. So…..I logged out of my Troupe account to show a family member how to create their own account to use the app. When I tried logging back in using Facebook, it says Facebook isn’t an option on the app. Then when I tried logging in using the same email as my Facebook email, it says I need to log in using Facebook since that was the original way I logged in ☠️

I’ve sent emails and DM the Instagram and tried the chat support but no answer so far. Super inconvenient since I’ve already had half my group signed on and connected to vote/etc.
