Won’t work, i tried every way for my phone number, i tried and tried nothing wont work, get more work into this app. I didn’t pay 50 dollers for nothing
Garbage app
It takes about 30 clicks to get from an email to adding a card to Apple wallet, and that’s IF it works. I have successfully added 1 out of 6 cards today. I think in past years it worked better but it’s truly useless now.
App won’t get past activation screen
The app opens to a screen that says ‘enter the activation code you received to activate your card’. I’m not looking to activate a card, and I never received an SMS. There is no way past this screen. Useless.
The worst app ever!!
I have purchased a e-gift card and can’t even use it. It won’t let me in this app to download the gift card to my wallet. I have tried all the suggestions. I will never ever purchase again and will advise other people not to as well

Won’t add to wallet
Have tried multiple times to add my digital card to my Apple Pay wallet and followed all troubleshooting instructions and still won’t work
I won’t recommend this type of card to anyone it takes a full 24 hours to get a response from the customer support team which is very frustrating since I needed to find another option to pay for my purchase

This company has found a loophole in local laws that allow them to take your deposited funds. Have reported them to ASIC.
Unreliable
Not very straight forward, had to reset my phone multiple times - currently had problem with adding to apple wallet

I accidentally put in the wrong phone number I then contacted the customer service they then responded and reset it for me very quickly would highly recommend Aiza if your having any trouble.
Doesn’t even let you log in
So I have a 2024 iPad Pro fully updated (for your reference) and regardless of that it wouldn’t let me log in with my phone number. I tried using the country code, removing the zero at the start of the number and of course my phone number just as it is. Same error message with all combinations. I’d have given this app zero stars if I could. Can log in fine on the web luckily. As for the app it’s completely non functional. I hope,for your sake you weren’t actually trying cos my god man if you were not even being able to log in is amateur hour

Be warned do not use this company. You will lose your money. They will close your account without notice and take your money. Wish I had of read the reviews first. Lost $500.
Cannot access gift card
Trouble with the app and cannot activate gift card. Two different gift cards and both unsuccessful. Would not recommend to anyone!!

Don’t bother using as their server is constantly crashing to the point that can’t even log on to activate cards or add them to your apple wallet
Worked once, not a second time
First time I used it, worked no issues.
Since then I’ve been unable to access the app, and there seems to be no other way to check the remaining balance on the card, nor to work out what the card number is so I can use for an online purchase.
