Equanimity At its finest!

If you are just starting on your healing journey or already have made strides, this app is perfect for you. The Time-Outs are much needed as I am a married professional with 3 children and a grandchild. Every minute counts and the facilitators on True Voice App are amazing guides!

Great app for self growth
