So frustrating
Completely limited in our ability as coaches to message clients through the app - every time I attempt to open a conversation, it causes the app to crash.
Good for viewing workouts and commenting on those, but more functions such as nutrition and amending workouts would make this very useful.

Blank screens
Blank white screens when trying to message clients just like all of the other reviews mentioned. Please fix!! We need a coaching side on our phones!
Constant Issues but the price keeps going up
The bugs are ridiculous-and it’s a bad look client facing. With all of the price increases, maybe fix a bug or 5.
So frustrating
I can’t see anything with the new iOS. I click on notifications and only get a black screen. I can’t believe this is what I get for how much a pay annually. About to switch as the whole point is me being able to work from home my phone remotely.

App does not work
Screen goes white when you click on an unread message or even try to message someone. As that’s really the only feature this app provides (which is also unfortunate), it’s completely useless unless you just want to see the first few words of a clients message to you.
Nothing is working
Nothing works, screens are blank and aren’t loading. This is not convenient at all. I literally have to bring my laptop everywhere just for the coach side.
No updates
Seems as though they’re trying to bake this app into the main one which is a good idea but that’s not working yet either. Feels like I’m paying for a program designer but not a coaching and communicating tool with my clients. Looking for alternatives that are aesthetically pleasing. Not a fan of trainerize look or else I’d use them.

Only messaging?
I would love for this app to be a full version of what I get logging into it on the computer. I use Trainerize and TrueCoach. Trainerize’s app for the coach is far better because I can program and see everything. With TrueCoach you can only message and see workouts completed. I would have to log into the browser in order to see future workouts, add to the calendar, etc..
I love TrueCoach and it would make it a much easier choice between the two biggest training apps if TrueCoach had a better app for the Coach.
Please help the coach even more by giving us a better app to deliver the best experience possible for our clients.

Can’t even use the app
Messages done even open it just a white screen no matter how long I let it load or try to sort itself out. This has easily been 9 months of this but more like a year.
This app is a 0/10
As a coach everything should be simple - this app only gives us a messenger app and can see what someone done where as the web browser allows you to do everything integrate the app to work like the browser not like your company doesn’t have the money to do so everyone that pays for it is £50+ a month and need to use a browser to actually use it 😂

Incredibly Outdated & Glitchy
For the price you pay, the coaching app is awful. It glitches, freezes, doesn’t sort or filter how you request it to!
It’s slow at the best of times!
I strongly don’t recommend trying to keep in contact with your clients through this it’s just up to modern app standard nor is it time efficient or feasible!
They really need to work on updating and changing!!!!!!

Doesn’t actually work
I would love to message clients from the app, however when it does load the main screen, every time I click a message from a client to reply I just get the white screen of death. Fix it or discontinue this app. It’s useless as it is now.

Blank screen. I have been a paying client since 2020 and have not been able to use the app at all.
What’s the point
This app is so that we can communicate more efficiently with our clients… right? If only we could SEE THEIR MESSAGES! Click on the message and the screen goes blank and the app freezes. Super useful 👎🏼
What’s the point
I have this app to make interacting with clients more streamlined. However whenever I try to open a message from a client, it’s a blank screen. The fact that this has been an issue for over 6mos (going by other reviews) and has yet to resolved speaks volumes about their priority to their customers. Extremely disappointed and will NEVER recommend to others.

Horrible
No features work on this app. It either goes to a blank white screen or crashes. It has been this way for over a year and doesn’t seem like it will be fixed. Use a different platform.
Messages Don’t Show Up
Very frustrated with the blank messages screen. I’ve tried deleting and reinstalling the app severely times and everytime I try to see messages from my clients, they show up blank. I receive notifications but am not able to see the message itself. I’d also recommend adding a space to see client workouts in more detail. Overall I love truecoach on desktop but mobile could really use some work.
