Many errors in forms. Last update is a month ago. Not pro.
Used To Work Great
We’ve been using a version of this for years and it was working extremely well, until recently. Now several of our submissions are showing errors and don’t send. We have to delete the app and then reinstall it, only for it to work for the first submission and then go right back to having errors again.

Don’t be fooled by the positive reviews. One of then most frustrating unstable programs I’ve ever used.
Plagued with bugs.
Constantly having to redownload after files cannot be opened for print. Repeatedly asking for notifications after every sent form. Honestly makes my job harder than it does easy.

GPS location on the map
Why this app doesn’t show location of my device on the map, why do I have to look for my position in google maps and than zoom around on map in this app to pinpoint where I am to take a screenshot, this has been BROKEN for YEARS!!!!!
Transformed our business for the better
TrueContext has been a fantastic addition to our field operations. Working in 7 states from a corporate perspective limits vision and accountability. TrueContext has eliminated our previous issues, and provides an added bonus with automated Salesforce updates. Highly recommend.
App crashes
App won’t open anymore since last update just crashes on opening please fix asap
Draft section not working
I'm using this app on iPad and iPhone and only thing I don't like and it's quite annoying that if you save some draft on iPhone you can't see it on iPad.
Sent reports are on both devices but somehow draft section isn't working😖

Corporate login needed but not an option
Freezes, drops my forms into the void, and has no consistency in how often I need to login. I’ll be in the middle of a form, and the app asks me to log in again. Ok, but I need to use the corporate login option, and it’s not an option! The only way to get back to the corporate login is to DELETE whatever I’m working on. No option to save it, no way to get back to it. If this app was free for my company to use I would still say that they owe us a refund. Garbage.

Freezing
App freezes every few entry’s and has to be uninstalled and reinstalled taking up time. if support reads this please assist
It’s mostly a good app if setup correctly
Can you move the button to the middle where it usually is and should be? I find it difficult to take a photo with only one hand especially when I have to adjust the brightness or tap the screen where I want the camera to focus and can’t use my other hand to do so due to having to hold an object or move something. I’m current using an iPhone 6 Plus

Half to re-download ever two weeks!!!!
The app needs to be updated every few weeks to operate correctly. It’s the biggest pain if I didn’t have to use it for work I would never recommend it to anyone!

Cannot sign in
Cannot sign into the corporate login. Worthless at this point. Page pops up but goes away just as quick.
On My IPhone 8 there is no create account link
I try to sync my Gmail account to open pronto forms but it does not let me because I have not registered.
On the open screen there is no create account link for new users.
