I like that to transfer some money with this application…
Useless for foreigners
They make you go through the entire application process which includes submitting your passport information just for you to not be able to use the app even after approval. An absolute waste of time and energy.

Never use this App, as a visitor
You can’t transfer money or withdraw money once you deposit or someone send you money. Basic only allow you 3000 which is just one trip to expensive places. And money more than that is froze in the wallet just to use in seven Eleven. That’s seems scam. So if you are visitor don’t use this app.

As long as you have a Thai bank account…
This is a great app. You can’t directly connect an international bank account or credit card. It’s not surprising given how Thailand locks down its banking sector to maximize profit from foreigners. My guess is that the lack of support for international forms of payment is very likely imposed externally by regulation. I don’t see a business like True turning down ‘free’ money from abroad unless they have to.

Constantly crashes
App is constantly crashing, unfortunately it’s the only thing available for foreigners who can’t get Thai bank account and are wanting to pay with QR code :/
Useless Staff
The app will not open unless a facial scan is completed every time when trying to use the app. Trying to resolve with staff via chat is useless.
Not a good app
I signed up and then can’t even use the app won’t accept my Visa card
TOURIST BEWARE
Don’t use if you’re a tourist. If you do only put in very small amounts. If you lose your phone you’ll have to get a new tourist SIM and won’t be able to get the OTP code to access funds tied to your old phone. No English customer support to help.
Application Delay
After I updated lasted version in IOS ,application is very delay.
Most lagging App ever used in my entire life
Before it’s just fine until I was forced to update the App. Now it takes about 12 seconds to load to the bio-login prompt, and takes about 20 seconds to show the full homepage after logged in. Then it takes 5-10 seconds to respond every single tap on anything on the screen. Product manager should be fired.

Год назад прошел верификацию в приложении, сейчас при входе невозможно отправить смс код, приложение висит, не рекомендую. Если нужны электронные деньги для оплаты в Севенах и QR кодов качайте Deep Pocket
Don’t waste your time
First of all it’s for foreigners yet it’s Thai language everywhere. Then you go through all the steps and wait the time for them to verify and you go to add a card. But can only use a card issued in Thailand. Such a waste. If I had a card issued in Thailand I wouldn’t even need this stupid app to pay by QR code. Seriously don’t waste your time and energy on this app.

Bummer
I was hoping this would be the solution to scanning Thai QR codes. It wouldn't even allow me to start the registration process with a Thai number. I tried several times over 3 days. Support is in Thai only and can not copy to translate.
Don’t waste your time, this app doesn’t work.
You can’t get past the passport verification. They tell you to contact support but does absolutely nothing to help.

Foreigners can not use this!
Forigners CAN NOT use this app. Can not scan passport. I tried last week too. I called support. They said temporairly not working & tomorrow it will work. =NOT! It still doesnt work aweek later! Forigners CAN NOT use this app. Can't scan passport - doesnt accept. Says can't use photo & must be original. it IS the original ive been trying to scan !!

Can’t get past step 1
Step 1 - enter your phone number. App does nothing. Can’t advance. Not a very encouraging sign for an app that wants to control your money.
No PromptPay- not helpful
Application has no PromptPay not very useful for travelling, can pay cash or card at 7-11.
