Beware of charge
This app is awful. Customer service is not helpful at all. I canceled my gym membership but was still being charged the $2.15. I wasn’t even aware the app had access to any of my cards. I can’t cancel through the app or find a way to switch out my card info. It’s really just a big scam. So beware of the $2.15 charge.

Can’t even sign in anymore
So I updated the app and am in the process of uninstalling and reinstalling it to see if maybe the forgot password things works , but I also went to contact us to get help with logging in and no as were yet. I also just read that there’s no option on here to update payments or to let you know when u have to pay and that’s really bad too bcs I’d like to know that info

Check out the planet fitness app - well this is the opposite of the pf app
I used to be at planet fitness, pf, and their app was so user friendly and up to date. Showing you when the gym is full and empty status bars, showing you when you checked in, and you could even keep track of your workout time. Any membership issues you could fix right on the app. TruFit, although I like their equipment better and I would argue that it’s better, their customer service and app lacks severely. People give pf crap but I have to say their service, app, & cleanliness can’t be beat. Hopefully TruFit updates soon but it looks like they don’t even respond to reviews, where is the #ownership

Password reset not working
I logged in for a week and was not able to log back in after that. Luckily I had a screenshot of my tag otherwise idk how I would get in. I’ve done the forgot password thing many times and it has not sent anything to my email. I’ve filled out the contact us form and no one has reached out… it is very stressful

Decent concept… glitchy/sloppy app
The class schedule won’t load (I’ve been trying for 3 days) and the “refer a friend” and “find my club” links are reversed. Ridiculously sloppy.
