Beware of charge
This app is awful. Customer service is not helpful at all. I canceled my gym membership but was still being charged the $2.15. I wasn’t even aware the app had access to any of my cards. I can’t cancel through the app or find a way to switch out my card info. It’s really just a big scam. So beware of the $2.15 charge.

Can’t even sign in anymore
So I updated the app and am in the process of uninstalling and reinstalling it to see if maybe the forgot password things works , but I also went to contact us to get help with logging in and no as were yet. I also just read that there’s no option on here to update payments or to let you know when u have to pay and that’s really bad too bcs I’d like to know that info

Check out the planet fitness app - well this is the opposite of the pf app
I used to be at planet fitness, pf, and their app was so user friendly and up to date. Showing you when the gym is full and empty status bars, showing you when you checked in, and you could even keep track of your workout time. Any membership issues you could fix right on the app. TruFit, although I like their equipment better and I would argue that it’s better, their customer service and app lacks severely. People give pf crap but I have to say their service, app, & cleanliness can’t be beat. Hopefully TruFit updates soon but it looks like they don’t even respond to reviews, where is the #ownership

Password reset not working
I logged in for a week and was not able to log back in after that. Luckily I had a screenshot of my tag otherwise idk how I would get in. I’ve done the forgot password thing many times and it has not sent anything to my email. I’ve filled out the contact us form and no one has reached out… it is very stressful

Decent concept… glitchy/sloppy app
The class schedule won’t load (I’ve been trying for 3 days) and the “refer a friend” and “find my club” links are reversed. Ridiculously sloppy.
Not able to view schedules
Only able to use the barcode to scan. The schedules have never loaded when I select my gym. Got a keychain barcode, so I do not use the app since it’s only good for scanning the barcode.
Been out for a year but its highly incomplete
The UI is inconsistent, the calendar doesn’t always work, the functionality is half baked, there is no info about each specific club…

Logs me out every time
This app logs me out and won’t save password. Most of the time it will not let me log back in with the correct password. It’s pretty useless
Good gym, Terrible app
I really wish we could have a list of our check in times and dates like planet fitness app. And perhaps personalized data with your own gym rather than scrolling over and over for class schedules
App needs a upgrade
I wish this app showed you if the gym is empty or pack throughout the day. They need to add a place where you can make changes to your payment for the gym.
Barcode on watch
Tru fit use to offer the barcode on the Apple watch then stopped. For years this feature has been missing. Bring it the F back.

Pretty good app
I like that this app has a barcode I can scan, but I wish the app would not log me out every few days
No benefit
Aside from scanning the barcode, which you have to log in all the time, it does not benefit me in the least. It’s not user friendly because I still can’t find where to access the number of x I have been to the gym or which location. It seems like it’s only there to sell you the other exercise subscriptions, which is confusing because I paid for the gym already.

Only the barcode works in the app
None of the other features work in the app. I like to view the class schedule for subs and cancellations and it does not work. I still have to go to the website to view the schedule.
New member ZERO ACCESS ON APP
I joined Trufit yesterday and from day one I have yet to be able to register my account on the app. I get the blank screen after I hit register and nothing comes up. Pretty sad I can’t even get the barcode to sign in. This is pretty ridiculous had I read the reviews I probably would’ve joined somewhere else.

I don’t know why but i can’t add my pass to my Apple wallet.

Almost Criminal
I will randomly get signed up for stuff without clicking anything, confirming anything, or even opening the app sometimes. Ill walk into the gym and ask why im being charged an extra 6$ a month and they will say the app does that sometimes. Ive already canceled the in app stuff twice. Once Ive even uninstalled the app.

Can’t get the app to fully work
I can never see the class schedules. I have been trying to sign up since me and my husband joined and i get the same error message and no one at the gym can help.
Not enough features in the app
It’s hours include being able to view all the times you checked into the gym when you check into the gym. Should be able to link your other apps with this one like fitbits, apple watches and garmin. Customers like to have an all in one stop shop. Also, gym hours should be coinciding with current upto date upto the minute on here so customers don’t waste their gas going to a gym that is closing in 10 minutes once they arrived. Putting a piece a paper in the entrance door / desk or google maps isn’t suffice. This app is so lost in ancient times. It needs to be worked on and updated with todays times and needs of its customers.
