Completely Unintuitive
About as bad as a modern UI can be.
A big difference
I’ve been happy I found such an app that gives us such information, I’ve grown to love this app. Today however Km not able to pair my hearing aids to my iPhone 16. I had a 15 Pro Max & they paired perfect. Now can’t discover them. How do I make my buds better fit.

Rarely Works
It rarely works! Maybe it’s just the latest version. It used to be fine but lately loads and looks ok but then nothing works.
Freezes a lot
Gets stuck and wont respond to anything.

Disappointed again
The direction control has been effective. The volume control recently stopped adjusting the hearing aids independently. So far, the only solution I've found has been to leave one home when I am going to be driving, to avoid that great hearing aid squeal.
Terrible App
The app consistently defaults back to no Bluetooth and also defaults back to universal instead of other Hearing modes. I keep having to reinstall the app to reconnect my hearing aids. It's a horrible app.
Inconsistent
The app and the hearing aids are very inconsistent. The right hearing aid specifically is frequently not working. I have gone to the audiologist with no success.
Frustrations
Lately I have had more issues with my hearing aids staying connected to my phone. They will randomly disconnect, have difficulty with audio playback or even drop calls. There are times I can hear a caller but the microphone does not connect. It’s already difficult to be hearing challenged, then to add the periodic, and often unpredictable hearing aid performance just takes things up a notch. I’ve been back to the audiologist a few times for new components and will make yet another appointment in the next month for this issue again.

Failure to launch
I loved the app because it used to work, but for weeks it has been hit and miss - just miss for a couple of weeks now. The Bluetooth won’t stay on. It disconnects too often

Not happy at all
I am using it from past over a year. I feel more comfortable without using hearing aid. After having hearing test. My doctor pressured me to take it. I did big mistake to spend that much money on this useless product. I tried to use it as Bluetooth with my iPhone. I do not hear good phone sound quality. Even listing person getting too much noise. I went to agent who sold under warranty device.They just replace the wires and charged me copay $40 for nothing. There was no need to replace anything.

Poor not recommended
Battery life is extremely poor. My cellphone works fine. This is so frustrating and annoying having to change batteries every few hours.

Clunky and buggy
Many of the settings don’t respond. The ui is poorly designed. It needs major revision because as of June 2026 it’s very clunky to use.
Directional feature
For the last 3 days the directional feature and speech feature has not been on the app. I could have used them! My hearing aids are ONLY as good as the app is!!!
Reinstalled app different
One of my hearing aids was defective and had to be replaced. Truhearing app had to be removed and reinstalled. My goal settings were much reduced and cannot be changed. Also, my daily conversation settings are missing completely.
Sucks
It seems like every other time I try to turn on the sound to my hearing aids, this App says the Bluetooth isn’t connected or whatever! I’m sick and tired of this B.S.!!
