Can’t login to business app
It’s July 2022 and I still can’t log into the mobile app for business! Bad transition Suntrust.

I can log on the website but the app give me
The same message as others “wrong username or password.” I like to use mobile

Fees fees fees fees fees
Been with SUNTRUST for a long time.
All of a sudden in September 2021 my accounts have been charged monthly fees for having accounts. A personal account I have for periodic disbursements. Now gets a $7 a month fee. I noticed it 5 months into the SUNTRUST BB&T merger.
This is quickly becoming the worst bank I’ve ever dealt with.
From hero to zero. In 1 merger.
People wake up and look closely at what they’re sneaking in to your accounts.

Useless
I can log in on the website, but the app says my username and password are incorrect!
Small business or others struggling
Just use the normal app will solve this for many. I just talked to customer service just use the normal Truist app instead of the commercial app.
Can’t login to app
I can login to my business account on my laptop but the app says that the exact same login is incorrect. I guess I need to switch banks to be able to use mobile banking?
Mobile app not working for small business
I’ve been logging in on their website, so far no problem. However the app for small business just won’t work.
Small business account won’t work
Looks like I have to use the same app for my business and personal which stinks because I have to sign out of one to open the other! Please fix. I had Suntrust business app before which worked.
Unable to login as well!
Same issue apparently as many users. Can not login in on the app, but able to through the website on a laptop. Extremely frustrating and call times to get help are at 45min! Running a business is hard enough without this added headache!
They had years to get this right.
I can sign in on web but not in app. On the web I can’t pay bills because it says I have cross site tracking clickers but I have them all turned off. Considering the years it took to go through, I had hoped that Suntrust’s digital services would improve with the merger but they just put the ugliest purple lipstick all over the existing app and website. I had hoped their retail services would improve but instead they shut down a ton of branches, and make it harder to in person bank. Sure there would be overlap and branches would be closed but instead of closing half it seems like the closed 80%. Have been with suntrust and since 1986 so have a long history with them and used to love the customer service. I understand that advances in technology change the way we bank, but if customer service is gone and personal branches are gone, it leaves the app. This might be an optimal time to go switch over to the monolithic red and blue who have incredible digital and still a lot of branches. Just hate doing it.

Can’t access my account
Downloaded the new TRUIST app for my business. I can’t log in with my Username/password. Opened my computer and logged in with the same username/password and i was in. I verified i typed in the same username /password …still couldn’t get into the app? Very Frustrating!

This is ridiculous you guys should update app way before merger even happened… lazy to say the least can’t even use app to sign in
App doesn’t work!
After the merge, I am having the same problem as others are having. I am able to log in through pc or laptop, but no luck through the app. Banking elsewhere. Running a business and I am being asked to waste my time to come in to the bank for an app that doesn’t work?!
Can’t sign into app
I can sign in fine through Truist website for small business. But commercial app says it doesn’t recognize my login information. Ive tried so many times, double and triple checked I’ve got it all right. Just won’t work. I really need this app to work. Please advise.
Can’t sign in like everyone else.
Suntrust users switched over to Truist on Monday 2/21. Five days later and STILL won’t allow me to sign into commercial app like everyone else says, even though I can sign into web site with no issues. Customer service acts surprised that this is an issue, as if.
This transition has been going on for a year or so, and this is the way the rollout goes? Time to switch banks.

App doesn’t work
App doesn’t work to sing in. Customer service is terrible!
App changeover
Probably should get it right before rolling it out. Can login to website with login and pass but new app doesn’t recognize any of it.
