I have used Truity Bank for several years now and have loved it, but I am having extreme difficulty Logging into the app on my phone and switching between business and personal account

The question was whether I enjoy Truity CU. I do. But I’m having trouble with my new online terminology, nomenclature, etc.
It’s coming, slowly. My memory just isn’t as good as it used to be.

Old-Fashioned
Lots of room for improvement for this app in terms of presentation, user-friendliness, dashboard, navigation, and much more. You can’t even find your APR info for each account readily without digging into the statements, nor can you pull up images of past mobile checks deposited.
It seems to be stuck in the 70’s.

Hard to find
Current interest rates are hard to find. Would like it to be a menu item that is easy to find.
Worse company ever.
They make it so difficult to make payments. It takes 3 days to process payments.
Ridiculous Compatibility for iPhone users
Throw away society. To use Truity’s App I need to purchase a new IPhone for Compatibility . My other two banks in Bartlesville don’t require This to use their app. No reason you can’t have a secure app that includes all iOS versions .

I love the app, I have noticed transactions don't process at the correct time on this app. Overall I love this bank and this app!!

No support for pre ios16
Used to be a great app, I have multiple accounts: personal, business, mortgage and I could flawlessly navigate between them. No longer, since they recently changed to no longer support anything under ios16. I have already called them to advocate for at least ios15. No one has any answers as to why, It’s ridiculous that a banking app is shutting so many people out of access, downright criminal. Also, this is the only banking app I can find that only supports ios16 and later. Go ahead and do a search yourself, I searched over 20 major banking apps at random and many credit unions (including in my own state) some even still support ios 13! Its really unfortunate that Truity decided to do this.

No longer usable
The latest update has made the app I had used for several years unusable. My phone won’t update to the required IOS.
