I am really excited to surprise my family by presenting our pictures on Times Square but this app doesn’t work to sign up and whole time wasted.

I have been trying for weeks to access this app, without success. I even had someone else download it and it just keeps coming up with an error. Same error when I hit app support.

Once Great, Now Unreliable 💔
I used to love the TSX app for the opportunity it provided for anyone to showcase photos and videos on their Times Square billboard. It was a great way to promote, but unfortunately, that's no longer possible. Over the past several months, they’ve rarely opened slots for users, making it difficult to use the billboard as we once could. It’s been frustrating seeing such a great app and service change so drastically. I hope they bring back the features and accessibility that made it so special in the first place. For now I’d have to give it a 1 ⭐️ rating!

Sold out for 2 months after they lied about scheduling
Horrible app / Does not work anymore !! / customer service non-existent
I’ve been using the app around a year now. At the beginning, the app had some date available to book your featured video. Now as of August 2024 the app has become a ghost town, there are ZERO available dates to book, no customer support whatsoever, their social media have been inactive for months now. I believe the company has shut down and can’t even at the very least let the public and its customer know. So many people are wondering why there are no dates on the app. NO JOKE, I have contact customer support about five times in like 2 months and have not gotten any response back. And I doubt they will respond to this review. Don’t bother trying to get a feature video in time square, I believe the company does not exist anymore.
