I cancelled same day
I ordered this app that was supposed to have a three day trial on May 17. 2025. I canceled an hour later. I was charged the full $49.99. Apple canceled the app for a year later-May 17, 2026. Since I was not able to get it canceled on the proper date, and there was no human being to talk to, I had to go to my credit card to dispute the charge. This is terrible service on Apple’s part.

I cannot use this app as it should be used
The transfer of a web page or a pdf at times has double line spacing which causes a significant pause in the reading. There is a broken speech in this app making it difficult to follow when using. This is irritating and makes it difficult to follow the written word. I cannot use this app as it should be used. I have tried unsuccessfully to communicate with you my issuess but have no reply. There should be a refund process for when the product prr service you supply isn't or doesn't work.

This is terrible. Issues with the speed of reading. There is no cursor so you cannot get to a specific area of the page. This is a waste of money

Wouldn't explain what the premium is and I find it quite offensive that people who can't speak and will be needing stuff like this and if they have no money and need this but can't use enough words because of the need of premium then that is basically disgusting. Please get rid of the premium and set it to get rid of ads instead so readers without money can get a chance. Thank you

Improve this application
Reading is sufficient, but what I don’t like is that it stops at every page. And if you select the wrong thing, it loses the page and goes back to the beginning of the book. Additionally, there is no book mark. So you cannot find where you left off and you cannot guarantee the page that you left off when you come back to the book. Improve this.

Faulty
It would even load! It was stuck on the girl reading by a tree and would not move on to next level of setting up! Tried for 20 minutes and decided to delete app altogether.
Unable to switch voices and the readers don’t follow punctuation
I like the idea of this app but the choice of voices are limited. I follow the instructions to use my iPhone voices but it doesn’t sync with the app. And sadly the AI reader doesn’t follo the punctuation which makes reading confusing.

Pretty much as soon as you open the app it starts asking you for money.
Free 3 day trial (which is honestly pathetic as far as trials go) but then yearly subscription.
At least give me the time to decide if I want to try the free trial let alone the full subscription before demanding money.
Will be deleting immediately!
