Elizabeth line status not showing

On the first screen, the Elizabeth line status is not showing.

But on the map screen it is present

On the weekend screen it is present.

It’s just missing from that status screen, obviously that needs updating to include the Elizabeth Line.

(And some others like DLR status)

Confused

Having used this app on the regular I was quite surprised that about 4 weeks ago whenever I was on now it would say no connection this has happened to my daughter’s phone as well. any idea what’s going on?

Rubbish

Although this app is called TubePlanner it far from that. It’s useless for planning a journey unless you know you’re exact route there?? You can’t plan anything - total waste of time to somebody who doesn’t carry a map of the underground imprinted in their head

Crap

You cannot plan your journey

Useful

Since I’m always rushing to work this has been a great lifesaver

Response from developer

Thank you. Super happy you like the app :)

Clean and useful

Simple but very useful app for any Londoner who needs to commute. Definitely worth downloading.

Rubbish

Just downloaded this app and am deleting immediately. How do you plan a journey? At least give me a clue.

Response from developer

Hello, sorry you don’t like the app. Appreciate you letting us know. In regards to your comment I assume you are looking for the TFL journey planner capability (I.e adding a start and end point where a route is determined for you). This isn’t in the app now but we are looking to add it in the near future. We have focused on the app being really light and simple which is why it’s focused more on tube status and maps. Of course we want to hear what you think is helpful for your commute. Thanks.

Excellent

One addition needed is to be able to favourite certain lines in the widget so they show first.

Response from developer

Hello. We have just introduced that capability in version 3.6. Now you can reorder the tube lines, the same ordering will be used on the widget. Thank you for feedback! :)

Clear screen

Has easily accessible weekend works data too. Simple pull down to refresh so you're sure it's not the same status report you checked yesterday. I've tested a few of these tube status apps and this is my preferred one.

Not a tube planner

Useful for any Londoner

My friend recommended Thai to me when I visit, I used this in London nearly everyday when in there.
