Good features but unacceptable because privacy settings ignored

Could be the best tube app in the store, but when you set legitimate interest privacy settings to OFF, that is ignored.
Set to OFF, exit, back in and they have changed back to ON.
App deleted. The TfL Go app does everything I need and respects my settings.
I emailed the developer more than a month ago to notify them of this ‘bug’, but despite app updates, the bug is still there.
I understand you need to make money by pushing ads, but why have an option to switch things off if you ignore it?

Dark mode bug

I use Dark Mode on my phone. When in this mode the app displays All Stations and Nearby Stations using black text on a black background, hence they're invisible.

Absolutely Love it !

Very dependant on this app as Everyday TFL user.
What I love the most -
•Tells you what stop the previous trains are currently at which gives you a more realistic time
•Clear and colourful format
•Love the layout

What can be improved
•Should allow us to search up stations rather than scroll down the list
•Or allow us to put stations as favourites so we can easily access them
•The times aren't 100% accurate but are 80% accurate most of the time!

Would definitely recommend this app

Great app, but could be improved

The only reason I don't give this five stars is the default view and lack of options. I'd prefer it if it defaulted to (or had the option to set) 'Nearby Stations' as this is far more useful to me than the full list. Ideally, based on my location and time of day (via extra options), it would just open at the nearest station and show the relevant tube times to get me to work and back home. Showing approximate walking time as well as distance to the stations could be useful. Nothing fancy just a rough calculation like 20 mins per mile. I guess you could add a walking speed to improve accuracy but that's probably too much effort. Really useful app though. Keep up the good work.

Very useful

Very useful as I haven't found an app as diverse and useful as this one. Accurate location services with nearby stations. Definitely would recommend

No app support

Great app for any tube user. Unfortunately no way to submit errors/issues with the app as website takes you to a site with no mention of the app or pretty much anything useful.

Great!

Functions well simple to use and does the job nicely.

Quick and easy to use

I found the app really useful, especially the feature where I could see the nearest station to me because I no longer have to open another map app to do that myself. Hence, saving my valuable time and effort. Great job by whoever the developer is. looking forward to seeing more from this promising developer.

Good But Could Be Excellent

This is almost just what I need. Good use of fonts and colour which make it easy to read when out and about. Good train departure detail. Not filled with extra stuff you rarely use. However, the info menu does not work, it crashes the phone. So I don't know if there are more settings in there and I can't find a way to contact the developer. What the app needs I believe is an option to have favourite stations rather than having to scroll through them all or use the list of near by stations. I have spotted 2 Chalfont and Latimer stations listed, Queens Park station has no data and if when you tapped on a station shown on the map it took you to departures that would be useful. If the above are done I would use this as my default Tube app.

UPDATE. So now there are adverts - great. Please provide an option to get rid of them by paying for APP. Despite update there is still no departure data for Queens Park. There are still two entries for Chalfont & Latimer. There is no facility to add a station as a favourite. Otherwise good

Cannot do basic things

Like for example find out how to go from one station to another.

Great app

Very easy to use and much bette than TFL website. Highly recommend

Underrated!

Such an amazing app, simplifies finding the train times in London. And I can't wait to utilise this when I'm travelling in London

Solid Start But...

Very original concept, and refreshingly different. I like it!

But some stations have no circle marks against which line they belong to on my iPhone: Chesham, Goldhawk Road, Preston Road, Queens Park, St James Park, St John's Wood, Totteridge & Whetstone.

Could you also look into adding this option for allowing location access: 'While using the app'. you have two options - 'never' and 'always'. I can't afford to have my power drain all the time while the location services for an app is always on.

Really solid app. Better than anything out there

Use it everyday
Have had a number of different tube time apps before this one but there's just no comparison. This one is really great with always accurate timings
Nearby stations helps me a lot too and the UI is just so intuitive it's great. Hoping for a bus one now!
