Je voyage souvent avec TUI fly et je suis toujours très satisfaite. Le personnel est aimable, les vols sont bien organisés et l’application est pratique pour gérer les réservations et le check-in. Très bon rapport qualité-prix et expérience agréable à chaque voyage. Je recommande vivement 😊
TUI, le meilleur pour pas cher!
Je conseille vivement tui pour avoir effectuer un voyage vers l’île Maurice. C’était superbement passé avec un personnel navigateur très sympathique. Allez-y, foncer à tête baissée.

App and website really need improvement
This review is not about the company TUI, solely about the app.
The app is really hard to use where it comes to the most common tasks: doing a check in and modifying your flight. When checking in you are redirected to a web page where you need your reservation number, which is impossible to retrieve from the app but you will have to copy from your email. The app should just pass this number to the website, not hard to do at all. After this, download links for the mobile tickets do not work. Again I have to open my email to get the tickets.
As for my booking, I cannot even open it on the app or on the website as I get errors.
You might say the criticism is about the website, and not the app but the two are so interconnected that you cannot really separate them.
Today I will fly with TUI for the first time; I hear their service is good and we will see. But the app (and websites) are in desperate need of an overhaul.

Never can find my flight
It’s an useless app for me.
I travel lots - one of the worst
Good luck checking in - very often the page ‘breaks’ and you can’t check in so they charge you at the airport. Countless other confusing things too.

Appli pratique niveau infos et qui pourrait être améliorée par une inversion du sens des destinations automatique au lieu de modifier puis saisir à nouveau les lieux.

Comment faire pour avoir l’application en Français ?
Injoignable, SAV catastrophique
Je n’ai pas pu embarqué il y a un an dans un vol car l hôtesse ne trouvait pas mon no de réservation dans son ordinateur. No imprimé avec mail d exo formation reçu que je lui ai présenté. Hotesse de mauvaise volonté, N+1 catastrophique avec attitude inadaptée. Voilà plus d un an que je demande mon remboursement: difficilement joignables, mails qu’il me donnent pour les réclamations reviennent en erreur systematiquement. Bref qd ça va pas avec TUIFLY c’est catastrophique pour régler le problème.

Check in
Incroyable à 48 h du départ, il est impossible de faire le Check in on Line. Le dernier on peut avoir un problème avec Inter ou avec notre portable et on est dans l’incertitude. Ensuite on part et de même pour le retour. Il est clair que je vais éviter dans le futur de réserver chez vous.
EFFICACITÉ
Très facile d’utilisation et surtout très pratique pour la réservation. Ainsi que les informations complémentaires.
En français et avoir des billets = compliqué
J’arrive pas à mettre l’appli en français et obtenir mes billets est difficile
