サービスは便利で使わせていただいていますが、扉をあけて商品を取り出した後にホーム画面に戻れず、毎回強制終了しないと次回利用できないのが不便です。

普通にめちゃくちゃ良い

サービス込みでの評価でも最高ですが、アプリも使いやすいです。
定期的に配布されるクーポンや、商品の入れ替えの告知や、商品をリクエストできたりしてとても便利です。このサービスが設置されて、本当に快適になりました。仕事からの帰宅途中や、家でふと小腹が減った時にアプリを開くのがワクワクします。商品の在庫も見やすくて、良い感じにシンプルで◎

問い合わせやリクエストが割と受け答えがテンプレ回答？なので、もう少し個別にしっかり対応してもらえたら更に好きになります。
