Shared branches sucks
Went to an MCT branch and they do not do over the counter transactions
Doesn’t work
Nothing seems to work. The whole point of trying to use this was to avoid having to take the time to call, but literally everything I try gives me an error, telling me to call or use the chat. This got much worse once they moved to this Tulee thing, lots of errors on the website too. This is one of the reasons I barely even use my account anymore.

Freezing application
Works when it wants. Doesn’t show all transactions in real time, often delayed. After hours assistance is a joke. Transactions was now posting but the amount was taken out. Was a delay in the stream? Representative tried to cancel my card…..Do better. I will be leaving banks as a result.

Well Designed Banking App Full of Features All around the Best I can’t find anything I don’t like about this Bank.
Not in Japan?
I like Tulee. Once you get used to where things are it’s great. However, I was unable to connect from my vacation spots in Japan. I guess the distance is too great and takes too much time for info to flow back and forth. Not to worry, I’ll be back in California soon, within distance.

excellent banking app
love the check deposit feature, and the ease of transferring funds between accounts, and being able to view my credit score.
Hate new app
Old app worked faster and had less breakdowns

It is not user friendly . The prior software was much better! There is no way to check on what checks have cleared unless you go thru each day’s transactions. It was much better to have reminders for payments due rather than depend on email or text!

Horrible and don’t care about disabled
I’ve hated this app since the poor rollout of it and I’ve complained about the lack of having a landscape mode. I’m unable to hold my iPad so it is in portrait mode and Farmers Credit Union Tulee only works in portrait mode. Such a pain every time I try to use it. Please make it work in landscape mode.
