Four Days…still no access to my funds due to maintenance?
Since Tuesday April 21, I have been trying to access my funds, but no luck still - and it’s Friday, April 24! … I have tried mornings, noontime, afternoon, nights … and still the app is down. There has been no notification for when it will be back up. So, if you ever needed it then, I guess you would have to find another way. We, as customers, understand the higher security protocols and constant pressure of updating systems. However leaving clients in the dark regarding their money, is not the way to go. This erodes trust.

Never even loads.
App never even loads. Stays on launch screen forever. Gets prompts for permissions (notifs, bt, etc) and then just sits there forever. Even the words are cut off the screen lol. What even is this mess? Horrible.
Reliable HYS
I haven’t had any issues with transferring or anything related to my attached account. The interest is way better than my traditional bank’s saving account.
Blank Screen Again
I just get a white screen with an empty orange bar at the top after logging in. Cannot tap out of or proceed any further . This was fixed some time ago but has clearly come back.
Bad App
The bank is fine but the app is frustrating. It crashes so often and you can’t log in when you need it working. I had to open a new account with another bank as I’m tired of it.
