Four Days…still no access to my funds due to maintenance?
Since Tuesday April 21, I have been trying to access my funds, but no luck still - and it’s Friday, April 24! … I have tried mornings, noontime, afternoon, nights … and still the app is down. There has been no notification for when it will be back up. So, if you ever needed it then, I guess you would have to find another way. We, as customers, understand the higher security protocols and constant pressure of updating systems. However leaving clients in the dark regarding their money, is not the way to go. This erodes trust.

Never even loads.
App never even loads. Stays on launch screen forever. Gets prompts for permissions (notifs, bt, etc) and then just sits there forever. Even the words are cut off the screen lol. What even is this mess? Horrible.
Reliable HYS
I haven’t had any issues with transferring or anything related to my attached account. The interest is way better than my traditional bank’s saving account.
Blank Screen Again
I just get a white screen with an empty orange bar at the top after logging in. Cannot tap out of or proceed any further . This was fixed some time ago but has clearly come back.
Bad App
The bank is fine but the app is frustrating. It crashes so often and you can’t log in when you need it working. I had to open a new account with another bank as I’m tired of it.
System Error
For days now, unable to sign in. Keep getting “System error. Please try again in a few minutes.”

Doesn’t even work
For the past year, it won’t even open. I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling, tried different WiFi networks and data, I’ve called in and emailed their support multiple times but either get ignored or just a blanket apology.
Can’t redeem?
Hey guys, since the last update I haven’t been able to redeem the student loan credits. It just says there’s an error and to contact the administrator.

I cannot log in. There is an orange banner and nothing else after login. Garbage.
Buggy/Slow Mess
This is very much an underfunded subsidiary of KeyBank. The live chat isn’t too bad but agents will refuse to read previous messages and end up repeatedly asking for the same information over and over. A bit annoying that previous chats can’t be accessed. The app is under maintenance for sometimes days at a time. Especially on the desktop version. If you try logging in on a different device it stops remembering the devices you already passed 2 step verification on, forcing you to stick with only one device.
Some serious work is needed, which does not make sense since the actual KeyBank app works wonderfully and it’s designed by the same software engineers.

App doesn’t work half the time
I am new to Laurel Road and the app is trash. Half the time it won’t load after signing in. I have to use my computer. It looks like it signs in but I get an orange banner that has an alert symbol and nothing else. Please fix this.
Raise deposit rates
I opened an account for your high yield savings rate. Now it stinks and I plan to close the account before the year ends. Very disappointing.

Good bank, work to do on the app
Have used Laurel Road for a few years now and think it has good rewards to keep you as customer, and never run into any big issues.
The app itself is a bit glitchy; it forces you to shut down the app and reopen it quite often to make it work right. Other than that it covers the basic needs pretty well!!

Smooth Online Banking
I’ve been using Laurel Road for about a year or so and love the competitive high interest savings accounts. I also like the ease of transferring money. It does take a few days to move from in and out but that tells me it’s secure. I’m very satisfied with the service!
Uncertain
Right now I am loving the app and want to continue reaching my savings goal. Reading some reviews that are posted I just hope KeyBank can follow up to insure people’s personal savings are not compromised.

But! It was great, I did a great job! So satisfied, was literally amazing! Very in-depth, was slow and steady, answered all of my questions perfectly. Did a great job here and there, wouldn’t miss it for the world. Was extremely clear, concise and kind. confident enough to teach me the right way and not be judgmental. Very thankful.

Keeps crashing
Started crashing at different times today; GREAT app before this. Deserves 5 stars when fixed. Sometimes can’t even log in. If able, after a while, a yellow screen with warning sign and exit button shows up. Exit button does nothing; you’re literally stuck with the app at that point. Tried closing app, deleting app and then reinstalling; even tried resetting my iPad - all without success. Hope someone fixes this soon, as I’d much rather use the app than sign in and use online. Will update stars to 5 when fixed. Thank you and have a great day!

App is Not Working!!!
Sorry for the one-star, but I need to address that the Laurel Road app has not been working for me for weeks now (using latest iOS 18.4.1 as of this review). Key Bank/LR are an incredible bank to its members and I love them dearly, app/login just needs to be fixed please. Thank you in advance.
