Customer Service and Experience
The one thing I will say is that the individual snacks themselves can be a little bit pricey, which I don't necessarily agree with. I do also understand that this is a convenience-added layer and not an operating deli grocery front. Paying $2 for a 1-oz. bag of chips just sounds a little ridiculous. You can go to the corner store and that same bag might cost you $0.75, right? Again it's the business and the building working together and they both have to make money so I get it.
Also it's 24-7 access. There's nothing stopping me from going downstairs and grabbing some extra snacks when I want to. Although Tula offers a great customer service experience and they are super responsive no matter what time of day or what day of the week it is, the building itself needs to be very responsible and proactive when it comes to refilling.

-10/10 Onboarding
The verification process is clumsy- I had to go up and down from my flat because the UI is not thought through and you don’t wanna verify ID at sign up only when you are renting your first item.
The verification is done via chat… I mean what is this 2017?
Little clumsy things that have made the onboarding a horrible experience.
Once I am finished playing I will return the Xbox and delete this app.
Thank goodness for the free trial.
