Terrible Service
I’ve given this app a try for groceries on 3 seperate occasions because who doesn’t love convenience. But each time it causes more hassle than help. First time, they brought incorrect items which were the main reason I placed the order. Had to go through hoops just to get a credit. Second time, majority of the items weren’t delivered so had to wind up going to the store myself anyway. Third time, the entire order didn’t even show up! They charged me for it and have yet to refund me. That was in October. Worst customer service as well. They were so rude. If you’re hoping for ease like instacart. This ain’t it!

Faster than Tomato!
I had only used Tomato previously and sometimes the orders would take a ridiculous amount of time to be delivered. Tulum Eats gets me my orders much quicker and I’m a huge fan of the free delivery!

Ridiculous prices
1000 pesos for a 200 pesos vodka, ridiculous.
