I cannot login into the apps
App is not working.
The app is not working properly, I’m trying to register but still getting error message.
Can’t even login or register
Flight got delayed and no way to claim it via website, tried their app and cannot even register or log in

Cannot use after reset many times
Unable to submit the claim
still unable to submit claims via the app. I find it strange and to some extent, defeat the purpose of installing the app 😏

It is so easy to view my policies, file claim and check status. Best if they can give us instant payout without waiting!

Why just show us the cert, show the whole schedule of insurance, policy wording, PDS, everything about what we bought.
Idiot apps
Currently, I can’t get the latest version from the App Store because the app requires an update. As for the insurance coverage, I can’t adjust the rate even though I emailed to request a lower quotation.
Unusable app and website
Purchased a policy from Tune Protect before and trying to purchase up a renewal of the policy. But the TAC from the app doesn't work, the website doesn't allow you to sign up either.
Lucky I didn't have to make a claim last year. Based on the reviews, navigating the app and system is a nightmare.

Useless Can’t Claim
Tried submit my claim on the web but failed many times. Tried on this app..looks simple and hopefull…in the end same..hopeless…can’t submit. Is this tune protect co is a legit co? So many problem on both web and app.
Constantly Crashing
Ridiculous app. Trying to submit a claim and everytime I try to upload supporting documents, it crashes.
Good but claim cannot submit via app
Good that all policies in one glance on app, which making the app an app that taking up phone memory just to view policies, comparing to so many super app in the market right now. There is a submit claim button in app but not functional, still. Saw someone complain about this 2 years ago.

Clear and simple Fitness App
I’ve tried numerous fitness apps in the past, but this app is a 10/10 for me. They have all the basic things you can find on any other fitness apps but one thing that stood out is that you can even earn points for completing simple tasks and fitness challenges. Like you could even earn cash vouchers just by signing up. And the best part? ALL THEIR FEATURES ARE FREE 🙌🏼

Can’t submit claim
Nice that everything is accessible in one place, but was unable to submit a claim through the app. Ended up having to log in from the desktop to do it.
Useless app
This app keep asking me to update even though i’d already installed the latest version. Sorry to say this, but this app is useless for this moment. Hopefully the developer will fix this in the future.
Very simple and all in one app
I like this app because it keeps track of all my policies, which I don’t have to search for the document when needed. I wish this app can improve to give me overview of my total protection, moving on to my family.
