The Best Tuner Out There
I can’t believe I’m saying this, but this is 100% the best tuner you can get. I’ve been a musician for 20 years and have used every type of tuner you can imagine. Pedal tuners, headstock, mic, etc. nothing beats this one. You can watch the pitch waves move as you tune and line it up perfectly; and it’s extremely accurate. It would be incredible if this company somehow put this app/algorithm into a physical tuner pedal. I’d buy it in a heartbeat

I tried tuning my viola, literally wouldn’t pick up the sound. Tried everything. Wish I could give a lower rating.
Always off
Its always saying im either too sharp or too flat when every other tuner says im in the green?? Doesnt matter what instrument im tuning it never gets it right.
Very good tuner for all instruments
this is a pretty decent tuner for most instruments as long as you have some background knowledge (literally just basic understanding), doesn’t explain how to use it though so it does require a little bit of fidgeting

This app is so bad that i almost broke my phone it was so stressful and annoying DONT EVER GET THIS APP IT IS HORRIBLE!!
Not fir a lot of Brass players
I play Bb trumpet and I really need a tuner and I have hard of this tuner from some friends, so when I got the app I was expecting options for all instruments, yet I was wrong. There was only one type of trumpet, soon to think about it when I heard about this tuner, it was mostly from my friends that played tenor saxophone .

As a tuning app, this one of the best I’ve ever used. My review would be a 5 star if it were just for that. The reason I give it 3 stars is that I purchased the Pro version. Every time you open the app it defaults to the free one and gives you notifications about upgrading. After closing those prompts, you have to click “Get Pro” version which sends you to the App Store. From there you click “OK.” It’s extremely annoying after having owned this app for 3 months. I shouldn’t have to check in with the App Store every time to use a $5 app. It makes the paid version useless.

This app does a fine job of helping you see where you are, and helping to train your ear.
Very bad
It’s not good for other instruments besides the guitar. I tried it with a kalimba and it did NOT WORK AT ALL I do not recommend for other instruments

I’ve used a few chromatic tuners - why would anyone want a tuner restricted to certain notes? And this one works really well - highly recommended

That’s the deal now. To use this app’s essential function you must give it permission to track you. It wasn’t always this way.

I use it for more than just tuning my guitars, I also use in recording situations to understand what’s being played also in live improv sessions with friends
