Does not work
Charging station QR code did not work. Bluetooth connection did not work. Tried my phone as well as my wife’s. Worthless charging station.

Doesn’t find charging stations
I see other cars charging, but the app is unable to find any stations despite blue tooth on. Happens with multiple devices. When it does find stations, you can’t do an id to see which is which.

Completely Unuseable
As others mentioned, you can’t find your charger in the app, the QR code on the charger goes to 404 page not found error. Result is that you can’t start the charger. A bank of 30 chargers at the airport and nobody is charging because of this lame app that was most recently updated last decade. Weak, weak, weak.

App shows all charging stations (4) being used…and they are not!
2 charging stations are available, but app doesn’t show ANY available. The app is also asking which NUMBER station you’d like to use, but there aren’t any labels on the charger or they’ve peeled off. When you attempt to click into a charger, you’re asked to submit a 4 digit code (from what)!?! There’s nothing to submit via email, text, charger number, etc. NO SUPPORT LINE LISTED, only 888-888-8888 unless you click on the info button on the code page. This app seems to have been developed AGES AGO AND HASNT BEEN UPADATED. Horrible experience to have a charger you’d love to use at a hotel (to relax) after 150 mile drive, but can’t. Thumbs down on this one. Get better Webasto, please!

Out of Business?
Tried using the station at the intersection of Douglas and Sierra College Blvds, but the app can't find the charger even though I'm standing right in front of -- tried several times!
Horrible company
Got a turbo dock installed at my house about a month ago, the unit stopped charging my car after 2 weeks of use. After MANY conversations with their unfriendly support team, I was told my replacement unit would be shipped ups 2 day so I could replace it quickly. When I checked the tracking after not seeing it show up, they had shipped it ups ground. The customer service guy couldn’t give less of a crap, so thankfully I’ll be getting a refund and taking my business to another company.

One of the worst apps
I have this brand in my condo. Can’t wait for my condo management to get rid of this and get ChargePoint or something else reliable. The app is not intuitive and I get really frustrated because I can’t charge my car.
Didn’t work 🤔
It appears as if it should be easy to operate but it’s not clear which charging station is which. I received faint Bluetooth signals but no connection / no charge 😔
