User reviews

This app and the chargers are straight garbage.

Got a new wifi router and when I went to change the wifi on the charger it won’t let me, doesn’t even let me connect to the charger itself on the app to change what network. Now its just a brick on my wall that I now can’t get any data from for my reimbursement on my electrical bill.

Lacking. Boring.

As a tech to have to pay taxes on the charger is even too much $. Don’t know why anyone would want to use it. Why is there like 3 different apps? Can’t you just pick one and make a single good one?? There is no scheduling or helpful charger control. The SOC needs manual % put in every time. No time of use support. No direct exporting of the usage. To me the chart hours numbers don’t make sense, it’s the hour number rather actual time. Hour 1 for midnight to 1am , which is consider that to be 0, And then say you wanted to know what you used at 10am you could go to the 10.. not the 11.

Custom Usage Dates

Being a Siemens employee and having an EV as a work vehicle and having to expense my charging, we as employees or even the user need the ability to select custom usage dates for expensing. It would also be great to have an export option even as a .CSV and share option to email to yourself or someone for easy access on a computer. Please consider this change as things would significantly speed up the expensing process and make everyone I’m sure a lot happier.

Thanks!

Trash

This app is trash and won't connect to the charger. Another good reason to hate electric cars

Greatly improved

Good to see the improvement à on this app. Charger setup became much easier, it also monitors better what is happening to chargers.
