Version 16.0 brings scheduling to Tutoring Tracker. PLAN YOUR WEEK A new Schedule tab shows your lessons as a weekly timetable, or as a month calendar. Build a repeating weekly plan once and it fills in every week from then on. CHANGE ONE LESSON, OR THE WHOLE PLAN Move, edit or cancel a single lesson and the rest of your week stays untouched. Change the weekly plan and it applies from today onwards — earlier weeks keep exactly what they had. FITS AROUND YOUR OTHER WORK Block out a day job, lectures or anything else that owns part of your week. Lessons are planned around it, and you are warned the moment two things collide. SEE WHAT'S DONE AND WHAT'S OWED Logged and paid lessons show green, unpaid red, and anything you taught but haven't logged yet shows amber, so nothing quietly goes missing. PRINT OR SHARE IT Export your week or month as a PDF, ready to print or send. EVENING REMINDER An optional daily notification at 8pm nudges you to log the day's lessons. YOUR PROFILE A new Profile screen in Settings shows which account you're signed in with, plus your totals: students, sessions, hours, courses, earnings and the years your records cover.
