App not working
After I enter my address I get a blank white screen and nothing pops up. Probably just a bug but tried uninstalling and reinstalling and still had the error.

Now I’m having issues
The main problem I’m having is every time I open the app it loads to a white screen and stays there. I can’t order, look at places to order, look at points or look at anything. I tried deleting the app and loading it back, nope still the same thing, I just use door dash and the delivery website because this doesn’t work. If this can be fixed that would be great but till then I’m not gonna be using the app.

App is not that great
Very simple app and very buggy. I was missing items from my order and had no way to contact my delivery person since I checked out as a guest. I was even more upset that I had added a tip prior to delivery. They really need to add a way to contact the person who is responsible for picking up and delivering your order.

Probably not using them again
First time using it. Heard they were good. My experience had not been good. Forgotten items... couldn’t get a hold of them... been hung up on numerous times while my kid is still missing his food. Had to send my husband to get the missing item. The fact that I had to tip $5 is honestly $5 too many for this crap... I say “had to” cause it was automatically added to my ticket. Not very happy with the service at all.

Not the best.
The service is okay, but not the greatest. The application itself is terrible. It feels buggy and slow and could definitely use a UI haul. Feels overpriced at times which makes it hard to justify a tip for the driver.

I have been using it since March 2018 in Midland, Tx and ordered everything from breakfast from the donut shop to dinner at BWW and WAY MORE including sodas and milk at the convenience store. We use TuYu now in NM and will continue as we have never had an issue with it at all. Yes there’s a delivery fee but it’s not hidden, it’s listed individually for every place available. I do however wish they would offer more coupons to us that use them because when I am able to use a $3-$5 coupon that they send it covers that pesky delivery fee and we are super happy lol.

Blocks negative feedback
I provided some negative, but constructive, feedback via their application and now I can no longer order at any address at any time. It’s a very shady business practice. I don’t trust TuYu. They charge an ordering fee, delivery fee, and expect a tip for the driver. That’s easily in excess of $10!
Address Issue
My only issue is that my address isn’t picked up as an actual address. I live in a new development in Hobbs and every time I get on to try and order something I can’t because “my address doesn’t exist”
