It’s unfortunate you have to use this app to watch (Stream) doesn’t hold “ continue watching”, freezes more often than not…plus other issues.

Please fix the app opening and being stuck on portrait view on iPad. Super difficult to browse and clearly not designed for iPad users in mind. Discouraging me from using. Was fine before, please fix the bug.
Frigging portrait
Why oh why won’t the stupid app work in landscape mode all the time. The TV and movies play in landscape mode, yet I can’t make decisions in anything but your stupid sideways setup. Please fix this as it only happened when you changed everything

TVNZ should be ashamed to release a massive downgrade like this. The app only runs in portrait mode on the iPad even if rotation lock is set to lanscape. If you leave the app running while using another app it usually locks up making you quit out of it an restarting. Just abominable, but sadly the only game in town if you want to watch the World Cup.

Absolutely embarrassing World Cup coverage… pay all that money to be smothered in ads. What a joke. Cutting to ads in the middle of games and as soon as a game finishes TVNZ should be ashamed I want my money back

Rotation to landscape
Only able to watch TVNZ thru App. So, downloaded App onto large Android tablet that sits on a stand. Set the tablet to auto-rotation ON. Turn on App. It’s in Portrait. And will not shift to Landscape unless I ( with difficulty since it’s sideways) select a program and start it, at which time,only then, will run in Landscape. Either That I’m missing something- or the App is seriously stupid.

Not fit for purpose
Even though it’s supposed to be an iPad app, it forces you to use it on portrait mode. They don’t even allow you to use the web version on iPad, they force you to use the app.
I also had an issue of the TV app having a lot of issues and when I decided to switch to the iPad it wouldn’t play the game because I was streaming in too many devices, even though the TV was off already.
Only reason I’m using it is because of the World Cup. As soon as it over I’m deleting it.

Not great! App is very glitchy, frustrating when watching the FIFA WC!

Useless app made by lazy developers. Won’t even rotate on my ipad screen like every other app. Am I supposed to watch it upside down?
Landscape on tablet
Videos are shown in landscape on a tablet, but when they close the app flicks to portrait. Can you please fix this. All other streaming apps work in landscape. Thanks.
Terrible update
Updated the app after the update where it will only work on portrait mode and couldn’t watch live tv. Now it doesn’t seem to do continue watching as doesn’t keep track of which episode I’m watching, just stays stuck on what episode was on when I updated. Whoever approved this app should be fired
