So difficult to register. Not recognising the email address.

Can’t even get into the app despite being down to the Club twice. Where are our rewards gone and where are our Vitality points. This is not what we signed up for and we are paying alot of money each money. I am now unable to swipe in, unable to book classes and have lost all rewards with no reduction in price.

Clear but needs a lot of work
Design looks so cheap. Y’all had good inspiration from Virgin Active first… Learn from the best… and give us back a calendar that tracks how often we go and rewards for going !!!
