No Updates in 4 Years
No Updates in 4 Years and constantly crashes. I'm amazed they still have this published in the app store.
Terrible, unusable app
This app is a complete waste of time. It just doesn’t work.
Crashes All the time
The App interface isn’t bad and it seems to be laid out in a way that would be useful, if the app didn’t crash when you tried to anything that requires inputting information.
App got my two way trip wrong. CS was very helpful though
I requested a :
pickup from A to B at 8am and
return from B to A at 12pm.
The app, instead booked me for B to A at 8am and A to B at 12pm. Also it only took half of the payment and didn’t apply the discount voucher.
Twelve Transfer customer service was very helpful and kind. She helped fix my issue within 10mins.
@First Technology Srl please do some unit testing before deploying your app...

Much improved version
Latest version seems much more stable and works better. Great work!
Crashes
Crashes
App crashed just after taking payment
The app worked fine just up until taking my card details and payment and then it crashed suddenly - when I reopened it my entire booking had disappeared and I couldn’t see if payment had been taken.
Booking history empty
Booked a trip, history is empty so I had to contact customer services to see whether my booking had actually been accepted or not.
App not working properly
It’s really slow and lagging. Text doesn’t appear when I try to put my address. Uninstalled it immediately.
Fails at payment
What good is it if I cannot arrange a simple airport pickup? The app looks and seemingly works well but fails at the payment stage displaying a field_client_first_name_required error. All details had been correctly filled out so I couldn’t get beyond this stage. I couldn’t select my type of payment method or anything so I couldn’t progress with my pickup details.
As a result I have to use the website, that doesn’t accept a voucher code.
