Confusing

I don’t understand the whole coin thing. It’s very confusing for me. Love the app and merchants on it, I just wish u could explain it better.

Good app, but the Ui is a mess

Works well and has nice deals around my area, but using the app is like pulling teeth. The homepage is a cluttered hodgepodge and saving deals makes you go through multiple screens

Confusing

I don’t understand the whole coin thing.

Axxess was better

The Axxess app was easier to use. I’ve had this one constantly refresh while I was trying to search for a place to the point I would give up.

The coin thing is stupid and annoying. Some merchants that were on here for years no longer participate.

I would buy this as a fundraiser but would renew after they stopped. I will no longer renew this version.

Amazing

This app is so fun and easy to use! Great discounts to local businesses and earning coins to spend later is great. I like how this app let’s me save money and get rewarded. I’ve already found new favorite businesses to use. I’m telling everyone I know to use Twism.

Wants your phone number first thing

The Axxess website has a searchable and filterable merchant directory that shows you all available deals, so you know whether you want to sign up.

This new app won’t tell you a thing until you make an account and give them your phone number. Their website has no information, just a lot of happy talk about digital “coins” which sounds like a complicated mess. I just want X% off with no extra hassle.

Whatever it is doesn’t sound like it’s for me.

Where is the map

The Axxess card had a map that made it much easier to use. Very difficult to decide where to eat if the location is a pain to figure out.

We've updated the app interface based on your feedback, along with input from many others to improve functionality and user experience. We’ve taken note of your feature request for the search map. Super buggy

User interface is super buggy in iOS for iPhone 13. App freezes, buttons are overlaid on top of areas requesting setup information, pop up windows are blank and freeze the app… needs a lot of work

Can’t create account

Added this as a merchant and download the app to enjoy as a consumer, however I can’t get passed the SMS CODE it doesn’t send to my phone at all.

Fun to collect coins all around town

I’m practically addicted after 10 minutes of playing with this app. Love how seamless it works for me just having my phone staying inside my pocket when I go around town and it picks up new coins as I go. Love it!

No hassle loyalty program

The problem with loyalty and gift cards is you need to carry something around or punch in somewhere. Twism just works. Sign up and hit up your favorite spots. This is the future!
