Am I dumb or what?
This seemingly has no way to login as a new user. I have no idea how to log in.

So I just got the app and it won’t even let me register it just tells me to log in. I deleted the app and reinstalled and there’s nothing that indicates to make an acc, I’m confused. I’ve heard lots of problems with this app too for instance you have to delete and reinstall the app to receive messages or even view them.

Convenient but buggy
I love communicating with my doctor through this app, but sometimes I can only access it through my computer. The phone version is very buggy and needs to be deleted and re-downloaded repeatedly to gain access.
Twistle has a conflict in the registry
Support will not respond to my emails and phone calls. Do Not Use
Issues with update
To update the app in iPhone, I have to delete and reinstall. Health care systems should make life easier for patients not harder. I don’t understand why they keep using this app.
Rarely works smoothly
I have to delete and redownload every time I want to see or send messages. I have reached out to support several times, nothing is improving. Super frustrating
Will not refresh
At least twice a month I get notifications that there are messages but when I open the app, the messages don’t show up. I always have to delete the app, download it again from the Apple store, and log in again. This has been happening to me for almost a year now. Am I the only one?
Starting to hate this app
I get multiple banners a day, but when I open the app no messages are there. At this moment it shows that I have 10 messages. None of them are visible in the app.
Not working!
It’s shows that I get notifications but when I go to the app it doesn’t show me any new messages! Please fix ASAP!
Convenient and helpful
I wish all my interactions with healthcare were this easy. Love getting timely tips, reminders, and check ins by text. Made me feel like my doctor was really looking after me. Please make more of the healthcare experience this convenient.

Can not log on
I down loaded the app. App asks me to log in. I have never registered, and nothing on the home screen allows me to sign up. How am I supposed to use the app?
Not working
I've tried to download this app numerous times and it will not download on my phone.
Crashes
This app crashes EVERY time I try to enter my verification code for my phone number. I like the idea of being able to quickly talk to my doctor like this, but I can't because this app crashes every time as I try to get registered. Needs a bug fix badly.
Can't close the app
I like the convenience of 'texting' my doctor through this app, but it doesn't seem to be overly user friendly in showing u how it works, getting started, etc. A big issue I have is that when I open the app, it automatically opens it in Safari. That's not a problem, but I can't figure out how to close the app once I'm done with it. So every time I open Safari it opens to twistle, and I can't get it off that page. ( it doesn't open the app like all other apps so u can just swipe it off when done). Is there an exit button somewhere? I can't hit a 'back' arrow or anything to get it to a previous safari site (because it doesn't provide one). So, basically once ur on twistle, u can't get off. I can even close out safari and reopen and it pulls up twistle- which again, I can't seem to close out. The only way around this is to open safari and quickly hit the history tab and click on a past website. I'm using an iPhone 5s
