DISAPPOINTING
This app is extremely disappointing. Coming from chase and the app alone is making want to go back. It’s literally a 50/50 chance every time you open the app that it’ll actually show you your balances. Half the time I open it it’s showing me my balances from 2 days ago and I have to close an open my app until it works.

Amount availability
When I refresh after a deposit, the amount doesn’t change. And some times it shows I have money that I know is not in there. I been refreshing since yesterday, and it still shows negative. I deposited twice already since.

Don’t like this bank
I don’t like this bank it’s to complicated and out of date you cannot do a lot of stuff can’t add to my PayPal, Zelle and KeeperTax it’s frustrating wish I had never opened with them should’ve gone somewhere else it’s an outdated bank can’t keep up with the times.

I dont like the update, doesn’t update correctly and doesn’t show what’s really pending, for the 1 st time in 12 yrs that I bank with TCB that I have. OD charges, due to things not posting like they used to.

New app
I don’t like the new app at all, doesn’t update nor show the correct current balance, takes too long to show when “pending payments” are no longer pending.
