Won’t Update
Same issue as reported in previous reviews. After two questionnaires on first two occasions, no other questionnaires are forthcoming.
Doesn’t work
Same problem that others reported. Reported it to my VSO, but no fix yet. Horrible experience!
App needs an overhaul - waste of time
Was instructed to use this app and I’m having the same exact issue another reviewer left 4 months ago. No change in its application. No feedback mechanism. Strongly advise talking with your provider about a different mechanism as this one is broken and likely not serviced.
Pure Trash
I registered like I was supposed to, the app has only allowed me to fill out the forms 2 times, it keeps resetting the date for the next date & wont let you fill out the one for that day. Waste of time & effort.
