Sort of works?
I’ve had the sauna for a few months, but this app is shaky at best. I usually turn on the sauna via app and make my way downstairs but connectivity is a problem. I connect to the heater maybe 5 out of 10 attempts

Ich muss sagen, dass die ganzen schlechten Bewertungen mich beinahe vom Kauf des Combi Sense Elite abgehalten hätten. Ich bin nun froh, dass ich mich nicht abschrecken lassen habe. Bei mir funktioniert die App einwandfrei, sowohl im Heimnetz als auch unterwegs, aber natürlich sollten alle Sensoren richtig angeschlossen sein und eine stabile W-Lan-Verbindung vorhanden sein (bei mir war der Ofen mit „nur“ 55% Signalstärke stets sofort erreichbar). Die Oberfläche der App entspricht fast exakt der des Bedienpanels, was ich auch angenehm finde. Ich vergebe allerdings nur 4 Sterne, weil ich finde, dass der Hersteller einen besser durch die App leiten könnte und man an ein paar Stellen das Interface verbessern könnte. Insgesamt aber alles gut.

Great when it works.
Have had this for over a year now. Amazing when it works but when it doesn’t it’s extremely frustrating as there seems to be no reason why… then it will work again. If the connectivity by cloud and wifi was consistent then I would recommend to everyone.

Keine stabile Verbindung. Wenn man es braucht, funktioniert es nicht. Werde von diesem Hersteller nie wieder etwas kaufen….

I can’t connect my phone to control the sauna. This is a big deal because if you are working out you need to warm up the sauna before you get home. If I knew this would not work I would not have bought a TYLÖ
Elite?
If you were going to up, charge me for an elite panel to enable Wi-Fi control of my sauna, make sure it works. Total garbage, the control panel, connects, disconnects the app can’t find the system, completely temperamental, inconsistent, and useless. Tylo, you need to rectify this ASAP!

Seems to be a bug
When I click on the “find system” button within the network settings a nothing happens. The button lights up recognizing the touch but that is all.
Funktioniert wie es soll
man muss nur einige Dinge beachten. Funktioniert nur im 2,4GHz Netz, Signal sollte ausreichend gut sein. Es wird in der Anleitung auch darauf hingewiesen. Die neue Cloud Funktion muss ich noch testen.

Wifi control is terrible
Wifi control and app keeps on disconnecting.

WiFi control
Unable to reliably connect to sauna via app even though good WiFi connection. Very frustrating considering the significant cost upgrade for this feature.
Useless
Only works from time to time. Mostly connected but not controllable (no temperature and so on).

Does not really work
First time the connection worked, second time it still finds the control unit but does not connect anymore. Only Displays IP, System Name and Last Status which is up to date but impossible to connect. Auto connect does not work either. Once the TyloHelo Elite controller is reset to factory settings it works again once for the first connect. That’s it... really bad, I paid a lot of money for something that does not work. Customer service is completely unavailable.
