Just redirects to website

Worthless - every link redirects you to their website.

And speaking of the website, why can’t you add more photos of the clothing???? Side view, back view, etc? We spent hundreds and hundreds of dollars on this clothing and we can’t even tell what it looks like from just one photo of the front. I have to go to other retailers website because they offer lots more views. Come on, we need better from you!

App is completely useless

Only thing the app does is send you to the browser. Don’t see the point of having an app if all it does is send you to your default browser

Good People

I read a review of someone talking smack how they couldn’t log in and bla bla bla. With a terrible review.
I wanted to say that I’m very happy with this company and never had a issue logging in. Except one time when I changed my phone number and did call during Normal business hours, to get help. They where extremely helpful and patient with my concerns.
Also never had any questions to exchanges or returns. Thank You Tyndale and it’s employees.

I have repeatedly tried logging in with my password & being blocked? I have not been prompted to a portal to reset my password? I tried several times & was just frustrated. I tried downloading their app. The results were the same. Useless!
There is no way to access my managed account online. The only other option is to call during regular business hours. This is how a company operates during off hours is pitiful!
Honestly they deserve no stars.

We are in a Tyndale program and for many years we used confusing documents to layer on protection for work tasks. I started using this layering tool and it is fantastic! Easy to use and easy to access. Highly recommend using it and implementing it with your teams.

Terrible app.

Don’t waste your time downloading. This app is nothing more than a portal to the website. It is slow and terribly clunky. Tyndale’s website is one of the worst I’ve used. I’m sure they get a lot of complaints. What I don’t understand is why they don’t do anything about it.

Very useful for electrical safety!

I’ve been in a Tyndale program for many years, and the Layering App portion is extremely useful when working with hazards greater than 8 cal. I can simply select the potential incident energy levels, and the app will tell me the combinations of arc rated clothing that I have in my closet that will ensure I am properly protected! It’s really awesome functionality with real world safety application!

It also allows me to shop all of the available layering options in my FR program, even sorting by cheapest, fastest and lightest weight combinations to meet my protective needs.

Also, if you are interested in electrical safety, Tyndale’s blog, which is accessible from the app, is by far the most comprehensive source for protection from arc flash hazards. It’s full of great video and insightful explanations.

If you’re a Tyndale customer, this app is the easiest way to manage your FR purchases and protective needs.

Good idea

Good idea but not very useable. Takes forever to load a list of items and after previewing an item, if you go back to the list, it takes forever to load again.

Nope

Just a port of their website and that site is hit and miss at its best. Might as well save the space and just use a bookmark in safari.
