I do almost all my banking with Tyndall through the app. It’s very efficient and effective.
Can’t access account
Face ID and password go through but never lets me in the app to see my balances. Very frustrating. Just sits at log in screen but says passwords worked

Log in issues
Everytime I try to log into the app it gives me an error and even when I change my password it works for like one day and the doesn't work again.

Its very annoying when i pay a bill and it takes 1-3 days to come out of my account and sometimes like now something else can charge me and it be instant, then i not have the money when my bill payment completes , have to pay a fee , then to make it worse like today tyndall is under going maintenance, so i cannot send myself money or use the app or online banking . So even though i realized ahead of time that i dont have the right amount of money in my bank, because its under maintenance and because its sunday, tomorrow morning i will be charged and charged a fee and theres nothing im able yo do about that . That isnt right or fair, more like a trap to make you pay a fee giving you no options.
