These guys cost almost double what Uber cost! Also the app sucks, cars are filthy and drivers are rude.

This section does not work I’m not sure how the driver gets notified from this app but they said they never got the request I wrote with it which was necessary to know before they drove to me. Essentially both our time was wasted and I ended up having to call for another driver and dispatch gave them the message. Notifications need updating.

Cheaper to Uber
I don’t care what they say about Uber surge prices, the cost of a cab is literally just as much if not more and they are always late. At least Uber will tell you exactly how much the trip costs. This app only gives you an estimate and rides are often around 5$ more than the estimate. Many times now my cab has been late when I called well in advance, causing me to be late for work. I could have bussed and been the same amount of late. Pointless.
Also had a few creepy drivers which I’ve never experienced with Uber, maybe because these cab driver maintain more anonymity.

Inconsistent
The app is average, lets you only book a ride the very first day you download the app.
I am getting charged more than I’m supposed to.
I have only ordered 3 cabs so far. All 3 have told me the price of the ride to work is $20 and by the time I get there $30 comes out of my credit card. You are stealing money. If my ride total is set to $22.50 there is no reason for you to take $30+ also tried to call my driver 3 times as he drove past my house and I had to walk in the middle of the road waving my arms around and yelling for 5 minutes to get him to turn around. Not the best experience.

Amazing fast service
I love the ability to book without having to call if I’m at work with two clicks. It saves previous addresses and lets you add new saved ones to make the experience so much easier. Love the ability to book ahead to be sure I have a cab at the time I need a cab. Thank you for being my number one cab company

It won't let me enter my home address
I can't get a cab at my home address because I live near a corner and it insists I am across the street on the cross street at my neighbours house when I am not and there is no way to enter my address correctly
App stopped working
Used the app all the time for the past year and all of a sudden it stopped working. Deleted it and re downloaded it and still just sits on the home screen. Needs an update??
Provides incorrect information
Used the app after seeing it advertised for 20% off your fare. The app said it would cost me $18 for my trip. It usually costs between $26-$29 when I call in depending on traffic. It ended up charging me $27, which is no cheaper and also almost $10 over their estimate. App is useless.
Good but app needs work
The app doesn’t refresh properly and just sits frozen. The car shows far away then the phone rings and they are here! Also when I’m at the grocery store it picks s wrong address all the time. And the last, is it picks my address as my neighbours. I put in my correct address and saved it as home address and that even changed to my neighbours!! I spend more time re-inputting my address then the whole booking

Broken app
App crashes when you try to add a payment option. The gps has a slow refresh rate. Was advertised as a 20% discount when using the app yet there isn't.
