I’m someone who does not use a lot of apps and was very resistant to having a banking app on my phone. I finally downloaded it and I absolutely love! It’s easy to use and I can keep up with all my banking needs. Thank you.
U of I is great but…
Closing at 5 on Fridays is common practice. Not being open on Saturday hurts a little. Not being able to deposit money through the atm after hours hurts more. Might find yourself in a pickle. We like it here other than that. If we could deposit cash at our convenience I’d give it 5 stars. Oh and the staff in Danville is great.

Credit card statements
App needs to provide you an option to see a credit card statement even if you are not signed up for paperless statements and billing. There is no way to know the details of balance transfers unless you are looking at a physical statement.

I truly believe the the U of I banking app is one of the best. I personally find it easy to use and the added app features are pretty sweet.
Fast and easy
Pretty easy app to use and u can always switch ur money from savings to checkings whenever u want and u can even create a scheduled time to transfer stuff its pretty cool. You can always put Face ID on there

Lost my account
They did some sort of migration last year and it has been absolute mess. First they lost my autopay from saved bank account and charged me a late fee for credit card. Now they have completely lost my account. Can’t seem to recover it even though I get text notifications about my statements.
The way a finance app should work
I love using this app for banking. Very efficient, quick responses from member services. I am actually managing my money better these days than before, and it’s in part due to the app.
