Horrible App, too basic and still requires password login after using Face ID. Need fixes and updates.
Worst app
This is the worst app the bank is good but they need to do better with the application process I can’t login in the bank is closed for holidays I can’t get access to my account this is the worst’s experience ever
USOS FCU MAJOR SECURITY ISSUE
2 Factor authentication is not working in the USPS FCU app on iPhone 14. When you log in to your account it immediately bypasses the 2 factor authentication. This is a major security issue! Uninstalling and reinstalling the app doesn’t solve the problem. Rebooting the phone doesn’t solve the problem.

Post -Covid requirement
I love banking with USPSFCU despite the onsite locations limit. Having the app makes up for some limitations. I am glad USPSFCU forged banking relationships with local credit unions for cash withdrawals and face-to-face transactions. I do wish the app would program notifications like Zelle and identify the specific $dollar amount of an Debit or Credit transaction rather than just saying “a Debit transaction greater than amount: Your account (xxxxxxxx) had one or more debit transactions exceed $1. Now, the notification Rule only allows users to set a default $ amount to exceed to get a notification. In the prior legacy system rather option was available.
